About Us

TTS Hospitality is a multi-disciplinary hospitality service provider and consultancy working with independent villas, hotels and hospitality projects across Sri Lanka. Founded in 2019, we have worked with over 15 brands, supporting owners and investors across sales, marketing, reservations, revenue management, online distribution and commercial strategy.

Led by Adam Kenny and Dilshan Sirisena, TTS brings together extensive industry experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to build, position and operate a successful hospitality business. Their experience across the hospitality sector has shaped TTS into a team that looks beyond simply selling rooms, focusing on creating demand, developing stronger products and building brands that can grow sustainably.

We work closely with owners and investors from the early stages of a project through to its ongoing operation, helping them understand the market, the investment required and the patience needed to build a successful hospitality product.
